For folks who are looking for the cheapest and the best option like the discount winter golf vacations should also think the cheap winter golf as the option. This is because the winter golf as an option though not that enjoyable gives you good value for money.
Come winter and the way to go for vacations and enjoy the golf is there but you need to select a good number of Golf courses where you can enjoy the golf in winter.
Here are my recommendations
Arizona – especially Scottsdale and the Tucson are the best
Florida is another option though the grass may not be that green
Myrtle Beach as usual is the goof place all the year round winter as well as summer. You definitely can get good deals over there.
California comes in number four because in December and January as well as February it can get chilly and at times not that bearable.
Arizona is where most of the people flock to in winter to play golf so make sure that you check the prices as it can get expensive. Try something as an alternative which is good and easy on the pocket.
Las Vegas offers a lot of golf courses to enjoy the golf in winter. Do not expect the same level of courses as in Myrtle Beach but you know at the price it is the best. ![]()
Even in North and South Carolina there are places which can be cheap compared to summer times like Pinehurst and Hilton head.
Outside the country there is Costa Del Sol in Spain which can be a very good option.
As far as accessories go make sure that you get winter gloves and other things to wear as the weather sometimes can turn nasty and you will be caught unaware.
Note: A lot of tour packages will get you amazing prices for golf in Europe but you will have to bear the cost of travel.

What better way to explore the natural beauty and exotic location of the Hawaiian Islands than on a Hawaiian cruise? The comfort and luxury of your cruise ship offers an ideal base to discover the unique experiences that the Hawaiian Islands offer. With temperatures ranging from 75-88 F from April to November and 68-80 F from December to March, it is always a good time to visit. Although these are tropical islands there are variations in climate, and you can visit rainforests, beaches and even snow capped mountains.
Made up of six unique islands, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui and Hawaii’s Big Island, there are plenty of experiences awaiting you. The Island of Kauai offers a spectacular helicopter flight down Waimea Canyon and kayaking down Wailua River. On Oahu, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and city alongside embracing local history and arts in the numerous museums, and for the surfers amongst you, this is the place to visit!
Molokai boasts the tallest sea cliffs in the world and is one of the most traditional of all the Islands and many people enjoy a mule ride through the National Historical Park. Lanai provides luxury resorts with extensive golf facilities or, for the more adventurous, a four wheel drive through lunar landscape, or a hike resulting in spectacular views of the surrounding islands.
Humpback whale spotting is a regular pastime for travelers on their Hawaiian cruise as they approach Maui. Once ashore, there are numerous museums and restaurants, plus the volcanic crater of Haleakala. Hawaii’s Big Island offers the most diverse climate across all the islands. From black sand beaches to snow capped mountains with rain forest and desert in between.
Hawaiian cruises give you the opportunity to visit these diverse islands, dance some hula, listen to some ukulele and generally enjoy the fabulous Aloha spirit of the people.

Going to Glacier National Park was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Everything about the trip was great. I had an overall great time! If you are planning on going this summer or winter, then I will give you a little inormation to get your blood pumping with excitement. On my trip to the park, I had the most fun going hiking and viewing the wildlife. There were so many trails that my family and I did not have the time to go on them all. Most were very good, blazed trails, while others were a little rugged. The enjoyed the ones that led to lakes or waterfalls that were tucked back into places that not everyone gets to see that often.
There w
as an abundance of wildlife that I viewed during my trip to glacier. The main animal that I viewed was elk and mule deer. I wanted to see a live bear, but sadly I only heard stories from others about seeing them. In one instance, I stalked a big elk, he had to of been at least a 6×6. When I got to the top of the hill where I thought that the big elk was, there was a large herd of bachelor bull elk. There had to be at least fifty of them, all standing to run in unison. It reall was a picture worth a thousand words. Anyways, you are sure to find something worthy of your time while at glacier. If you do decide to go, you will need to figure where you want to stay. You should be excited to learn that glacier national park lodgingfacilities are very nice. Every place that I stayed in were quite nice and clean. You will need to do you reseach in order to figure out which lodge in glacier you would like to stay in.
The Modern Century Down Sleeping Bag Technology

Manufacturing of outdoor products have come a long way in the last 10 years. The ability to make top quality practical items that will keep you safe from insects and warm from the cold nights has not stopped the companies of today from making them very stylish and efficient as well! Just look at the humble down sleeping bag, for instance. Once , it was just a bit of down placed between two liners, this product is now one of the high tech items that have been specifically designed not to let out even the tiniest bit of body heat. This is very useful indeed when camping in very cold places. Most of these down sleeping bags are rated according to their temperatures that they have been designed to be used in. Also, remember that the lower the temperature, then the more filling is required and so, the heavier it will become.
There are two different types of filling that you can get inside a bag, natural down and there’s also man made. The down sleeping bags are actually more expensive than their same yet man made products, but it will last longer and keep you warmer as well. The down is made from the feathers of a duck or a goose, and is measured at a rating of cubic inches per ounce is much better and more expensive as well! The synthetic filling used in most modern sleeping bags is also good at creating you more warm and comfortable and it will cost you much less than a down bag. The only downside to this is that the bag will not keep you that warm just like a down sleeping bag would and it will not last for a long time, but it may be better to buy for someone who is not using it that much.
